All returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

Charlotte Saga assumes no liability for delayed shipments. Any delivery timeframes provided are merely estimates and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer your package to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and the title to the goods pass entirely to you.

However, the commercial transaction is strictly between you and Charlotte Saga. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not liable for any aspect of the sales contract between us, including any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from purchased products and services. You explicitly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of your relationship with Charlotte Saga.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY SERVICE OR PRODUCT PROCURED FROM US. We will attempt to notify you of any such claims; however, our failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your indemnification obligations unless it causes you material prejudice.
